For concentrated power, plus limiting unnecessary resource wastage using Social Ecology principles, PoC can acquire wealth in money and health. #SocialEcology is prosperity without infinite resource depletion of our precious Earth.
Such dynamism is again happening, as intellectually framed by Dr Claude Anderson. Based on the ‘Group Economics’ theorem, he created #Powernomics. Much being heralded by the African-American communist movement, its principles and framework can be used by all Black entrepreneurs.

So what is the present state of play?
First the bad news: Black employment and self-employment still lags behind all other American ethnic groups, with the vast majority of employed Blacks working for predominantly White organizations.
Now the good news: new business startups, relative to population, are much more by Black entrepreneurs. Also, Black women are the most likely to graduate with a university degree. Good things are happening.
